By the end of the dynamic morning Program you will be able to:

•Define the terms "project" and "project management" and "process" and compare them to the ADDIE Instructional Design model for a project you bring with you to the workshop—or you can use a generic project we will provide.

•Identify the life cycle and phases of project management and how they are related to Human Performance Technology (HPT) and the ADDIE Instructional Design model for your selected project.

 

12:30 P.M. –4:30 P.M.

This great afternoon Workshop will be loaded with hands-on application and break-out sessions!!

•You can either bring a project you’re currently working on and wanting to develop, or take advantage of one of the generic projects available to you that day.

•Experts in Project Management will be on hand to personally assist you in developing your project and applying the skills and techniques from the morning.
